Refund and cancellation


Refund and cancellation of the ETA service fees:

www.etasrilanka.org gives it's users a chance to apply for refund /cancellation in case the applicants want to discontinue with our services subject to the processing of the application from our side. The request for the refund/cancellation will not be entertained if the visa has already process from our side.

(A). No refund/cancellation in case the travel is within 24 hours.

(B). If we received your request for cancellation/refund within 30 Minutes after the submission of application, we will refund the payment after deduction of 50% towards the cancellation charges.

(C). If you wish to request a refund, email us at info@etasrilanka.org indicating the following Your reason for the request. Your full names (as appears in your passport). Your unique transaction ID. The email used to make the registration on this website.

(D). All refund requests will be processed within 72 hours.

Disclaimer: www.etasrilanka.org is a commercial website. We are not the Embassy/Consulate/High Commission or the representative of any Government Department of Sri Lanka. If you apply through www.etasrilanka.org, we will consult, support all required documents for your ETA Visa applications and you will get your ETA visa update frequently and get ETA result from us. To apply e-Visa under our processing, you will be charged service fee and Sri Lankan Government Fee. Besides that, you can apply in person at Sri Lankan Missions or official Sri Lankan Government Website. Our fee will be higher than you apply directly on Sri Lanka Government Website or at Sri Lanka Missions in your country. If you prefer a non-guided service, you can visit the Sri Lanka Government website.
